Labour Market Support Programme for NEETs (NEET PRO)

The overall objective is to improve the employability of women, youth and people in need of special policies, in line with the EESP SOP. The project has two purposes: to increase ISKUR’s capacity to provide better active labour market policies for young people not in education, employment or training (NEETs), and to raise awareness of NEETs, their families and stakeholders about labour market participation.

Activities

• Training on the Individual Action Plan (IAP) and Jobseekers Allowance (JSA) models for 450 ISKUR staff, outreach strategy training for 240 staff, and NEET-oriented policy training for 330 staff
• Development of an IAP and JSA implementation and monitoring model, including a mobile application integrated with ISKUR systems
• Field visits for 80 ISKUR staff and study visits to EU countries for 21 staff
• Preparation of an outreach strategy, communication campaigns, and opening and closing conferences
• Field research to map NEET profiles in 16 provinces, a dissemination workshop, and evaluation of 60 grant projects
