EU Support for the Competitiveness of Kosovo's ICT Sector

The overall objective is to enhance the competitiveness of Kosovo’s digital and traditional businesses by supporting the growth of the ICT sector, leading to growth and new job creation. The project bridges the digital and business skills gap and supports the export of Kosovar ICT and traditional businesses.

Activities

• Diagnostic of available human resources, selection criteria and a training plan for ICT trainers
• Development and yearly review of digital skills training curricula, and an online platform for project management
• Delivery of at least 42 IT courses in 7 centres across Kosovo, with at least 10 trainers completing training of trainers
• Business and management training for ICT businesses, with at least 90 participants and a minimum of 30% participation from each gender
• Organisation of 3 B2B export promotion events, 45 events and 3 ICT conferences
