• Improvement of data collection and a web-based district-level socio-economic and environmental profiles portal
• Value chain screening and a regional innovation and smart specialisation strategy and action plan
• Elaboration of territorial development plans and model bankable business and public investment projects
• Integrated Pest Management and Good Agricultural Practices manuals, and technical support for HACCP certification
• Marketing and branding strategy, market outlooks, and pilot measures for green tourism
