Institutional Capacity Building for the EESP SOP under IPA-II

The overall objective is to further improve the capacity of DEUFA and potential and actual beneficiaries to fulfil their functions related to IPA and future EU Structural Funds. The action supports DEUFA in becoming a centre of excellence in EU funds management and a research and policy analysis centre in the field of social policy and employment.

Activities

• Learning needs analysis and delivery of trainings for Operating Structure staff, including full-time consultancy and support to monitoring and verification
• Learning needs analysis, training programmes and guidance for operation and grant beneficiaries, including e-learning through the IKG Academy
• Support for updating and implementing the EESP SOP Communication Strategy, awareness-raising events and the closing conference in Ankara
• Thematic studies and research, and Sectoral Monitoring Committee meetings, workshops and dissemination conferences
