The aim of the IPA 2017 Action Programme for Albania – EU Integration facility is to contribute to strengthening the capacity and accountability of the Albanian public administration to assist the Government in the preparation for EU membership. The support will be instrumental for alignment with the EU acquis and development and implementation of relevant reforms and strategies. It will target Albania’s institutional arrangements for accession negotiations, including theMinistry for Europe and Foreign Affairs and other relevant institutions.
