Position: Key Expert 1 – Team Leader / QA Expert (minimum 600 working days)
Qualifications and Skills
- A Bachelor’s degree in social sciences (3+ years of study). A Master/PhD in a field relevant for this contract is an advantage
General Professional Experience
- Preferably 15 years, but minimum 10 years of professional experience in the field of education and training
- Preferably 5 years, but minimum 3 years of experience in project management in the education sector
Specific Professional Experience
- Preferably 5 years, but minimum 3 years of experience in working with national institutions on issues relating to quality assurance in education.
- Preferably 5 years, but minimum 3 years of experience in leading teams in the public or private sector.
- Experience in working with government institutions and/or other national stakeholders on implementation of education reforms.
- Experience in policy analysis and development in education will be considered an advantage.
